Abstract:
The cardiac metastasys are uncommon. We submit a case of a cardiac metastasis from a breast cancer in a female 81 years old: magnetic resonance shows T1, T2 and STIR images of a cardiac mass based on the interatrial septum with a dimension of 3,6 x 3,8 cm. This mass is disomogeneus, Hyperintense in T1, in T2 and in STIR. Is present also a little circumcardiac pericardial effusion

Magnetic resonance images of a cardiac metastasis from a breast cancer in a female 81 years old: the panel A, B and C show T1, T2 and STIR images of a cardiac mass based on the interatrial septum with a dimension of 3,6 x 3,8 cm. This mass is disomogeneus, Hyperintense in T1, in T2 and in STIR. Is present also a little circumcardiac pericardial effusion (Eun Young Chae et al., 2015; Seitaro et al., 2018).
