A modified barium swallow study showed posterior indentation on the esophagus. A cardiac computed tomography angiography showed a right aortic arch with an aberrant left subclavian artery from Kommerell__ampersandsign#39;s diverticulum. The infant underwent surgery to release the compression. The infant tolerated the procedure well.
<AbstractLanguage>English</AbstractLanguage> <Keywords>Preterm Infant,Right Aortic Arch,Cardiac Computed Tomography Angiography</Keywords> <URLs>
https://jmedicalcasereports.org/ubijournal-v1copy/journals/abstract.php?article_id=14537&title=Aortic Arch Anomaly, Respiratory Distress and Difficult Feeding in a Premature Infant: A Case Report
</URLs> <References> <ReferencesarticleTitle>References</ReferencesarticleTitle> <ReferencesfirstPage>16</ReferencesfirstPage> <ReferenceslastPage>19</ReferenceslastPage> <References>Babaoglu K, Dogan Y, Basar EZ, Uzun O.
